GTA Strategies Expands Globally with European Office in Athens, Greece, and Strengthens Team in Ontario

Leading the European operations is Konstantinos Pournaras, an experienced public servant with a strong background in economics, government relations, and advanced technologies. ​ Holding a BSc in Economics from the University of Economics and Business in Athens, Konstantinos brings a wealth of expertise, including certifications in project management, cloud ALM, and AI technologies. ​ Fluent in English, Greek, and intermediate French, he is well-equipped to bridge Canadian businesses with European opportunities. ​

In addition to the European expansion, GTA Strategies is thrilled to announce the affiliation of two highly accomplished professionals to its Ontario team. Fadia Pahlawan, a registered architect with over 30 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and land development. ​ Fadia has worked on iconic projects such as the transformation of the Royal Ontario Museum, a landmark in Toronto. ​ Her expertise in complex construction and her involvement with the Ontario Association of Architects and Heritage Vaughan Committee will provide invaluable insights to municipal affairs clients. ​

Joining Fadia is Andrew Leung, a seasoned planner with over seven years of experience in land use planning, real estate development, and affordable housing strategies. ​ Andrew holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning from Ryerson University (TMU). ​ His involvement in development projects totaling over 3,000 residential units and 2,000,000 sq. ​ ft. of commercial and industrial space makes him a key asset to the team. ​
